It's not betrayal, it's friendly teasing. There's a huge difference.

For example, if it's Hinata and he grabs something weird, then it's okay to kick him down a pit of death into a spike trap because we know each other well enough to know that-- actually, that was personal, he was being a creep. Anyway, if I kicked you off of a cliff you'd be pretty pissed at me since while we are on friendly terms, we're not exactly close in the "I've seen your guts before" kind of way.

The person in question, though, makes comments about girls all the time in a very perverse way but doesn't mean them, so it's okay to tease him back with things like this.
