I'm on the lookout but if I go "Hey, who here can read minds" if anyone shows up with that call, they're obviously not someone we want on our side. Needing a telepath for stealth purposes would be the opposite of someone who just says "hey I'm a telepath" to anyone.

Even in reality if people sign up for something and then don't do it, they get punished you know. It's not like I'm going to be doing anything cruel and unusual. [ You're alive! She can't starve you for a week!! ]

About 92%. The other 8% comes from Yusa telling me that someone mentioned that my punishment games change peoples' personalities or drive them to madness. [ A brief pause and she crosses her arms. ] I've never given out one that bad though.
