Recruitment time. I am not going to talk to every single one of the New Feathers that I can find this time since I'm working on putting together information for a mission beyond recruitment. It's fortunate for Hisoka that being an empath makes it really easy to track mercurial people like Yuri, so he'll just be interrupting that solo-luncheon and hoping she doesn't mind.
