No, he was living with Otonashi and Yotsuba. I moved in because i like Otonashi. Otonashi's gone now, so it's Naoi, Yotsuba, and I. Anyway, everyone in the afterlife had done their fair share of stuff to each other so it's not a big deal.

It's not like I think he was being nice. I think he was being a jerkface and I think he's still a jerkface and I think I'll probably kick him in the face if he comes anywhere near me with his stupid glowing eyes again. He hasn't though, so it's fine.

There aren't any NPCs for him to cheat with. He's no more a murderer than I am and that's the only way he'd be able to take me out. Almost everyone in the afterlife has hurt each other more than once. I lost track of the number of times I took out Hinata or he got taken out protecting me. After you see someone's intestines or what a person looks like without a chin, things like that don't seem so big.

[ A shrug and she turns her wrist back and forth a few times, looking at her hand. ]

I'm still a little cautious around him, but it's not like he can make me disappear here. If you're alone in the afterlife and you have no one else to trust, violence tends to be the route people go. A lot of the people I worked with most closely had either shot or stabbed me before they joined me.

In your afterlife, maybe. [He might be judging again.]

I can almost guarantee I won't. [ She's smiling. ] I appreciate it but I don't need a knight in shining armor.

I'm not saying you need it. I'm saying you should have someone willing to support you even if you don't need one.

[ But letting someone in that fast. Or at all.. That's something Yuri's hesitant to do at all. The only one who's even gotten close to being someone who being accepted as someone on that level of trust was Hinata. ~~And he went behind her back to work with Otonashi even if she would've let them do whatever they wanted.~~
