[ Usagi is there, really, even if she's looking a little nervous about this whole deal.. but by the end she can't help but speak up, really. Something about this feels.. almost wrong, doesn't it? ]

Um.. Yuri-chan, are you sure about this? Why would you go against what the village wants? Shouldn't everyone decide together what to do, and not in groups like this?

[ Yuri knew that was going to be one of the potential problems, she was honestly just hoping it wouldn't come up because the explanation for it isn't really a great, humane take on things. ]

As a rebellion group, we have to make our own decisions and we have to make that based on our goals and interest. If we just go to that town meeting and then go with what everyone says, we're going to be getting pulled in every direction because there's no way that everyone in Luceti is going to have the same opinion. If someone doesn't take a stand and act outside of the already set rules, we'll probably end up sitting on our asses long enough that the Malnosso will just get what they want before the town as a whole can even properly decide on something.

Luceti itself has no real leader as far as I can tell, except for the Malnosso. They're the ones with the power right now. We're the ones who have to find a way to take it. The element of surprise is going to be our biggest ally in our first real move as a group.

But people would be mad at us! And then everyone would only fight more and things would get worse, right? I just don't want to go without hearing everyone's opinion, and.. even if the whole village can't have the same opinion, they could at least vote on it or something, right?

Like I said, I'm going to go to the town meeting to see what they're doing. If there's a need to change our plans accordingly, I'll let you guys know.

I think I might have to check everything up with Ami-chan and Rei-chan first though, I don't think they'd like me going off on my own during something like this.

She heard the same thing you did. Boiled down to simplest terms, we're taking charge and getting ahold of the guy that the Malnosso want and keeping him safe. If you guys are worried about being in danger, get ahold of Naoi or myself and I'll get ahold of Naoi and then he can take care of it without either of you getting in danger.
